Description

Brewed from 100% Okayama-grown Akebono rice milled to 73%, this genshu is bottled without dilution at over 19% alcohol. Water drawn from the Ashimori River aquifer, source of Toyotomi Hideyoshi's famous flood siege, underpins a sake recognized with the Hoo Award for forty consecutive years of top prizes at the Okayama Prefectural Jizake Competition.
