A limited edition from Endo Shuzojo's Keiryu (Mountain Stream) line, this sake is pressed exclusively by the fukurozuri technique, where sake drips freely from hanging cloth bags with no external pressure, yielding only the clearest, most refined fractions. Brewed in Suzaka, Nagano, with Shinshu mountain water and top-grade sake rice by a brewery holding multiple national gold medals, it is a collector's expression defined by extraordinary purity.
