Description

We have been able to release a new toasted sake, a meal and a sparkling that can be enjoyed, and three and a half years after the development, the “Sengame” sparkling has been released. "Not sweet", "no ginjo scent", "fermentation and aging in the climate of Kasai", "Time until the slow flowing completion", "Bubbles rising straight", "Expectation at the moment of opening" ... Simply taste. I wanted to make sparkling that allows everything to enjoy our thoughts, hand work, time and atmosphere. It would be honored to be a beautifully rising bubble, deep flavor and sourness, and backgrounds to build up at the celebration of your celebration.
