Fukubijin Josen is a standard-grade sake from Fukubijin Shuzo in Saijo, Hiroshima, polished to 70% with soft well water giving it a smooth, lightly sweet character. The brewery, once known as the Saijo Sake Brewing School for its role in training master brewers, brings consistent quality to this everyday expression.

In Saijo, Saijo, the brewery called Saijo Sake Brewery is a Fukubi brewery. From the beginning of the company, I came to learn sake brewing from all over the country because of the technical skills of sake brewing, so it has been called.
In the Heisei era, it has been highly evaluated, including receiving the National New Sake Appraisal Award seven times.
