Fujisan Honjozo Fujisanrokumonogatari from Makino Shuzo in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, is brewed with 100% Fuji mountain spring water collected from deep underground and carefully hand-washed rice. From a brewery founded in 1743 at the foot of Mount Fuji, this honjozo delivers a gentle aroma and the honest rice umami characteristic of Fuji-water sake.
