Gohyakumangoku and Koshiibuki rice polished to 70% form the base of this unfiltered nigori from the southern foot of Mt. Fuji. Brewed without heat treatment as a raw original-press sake, it carries a soft, rich texture with a fresh, milky sweetness derived from the suspended rice solids.
