Fujisan Honjozo

🍶
Description

Gohyakumangoku and Koshiibuki rice, both polished to 70%, are fermented with pure spring water drawn from the foot of Mt. Fuji in this honjozo from Fujinomiya, Shizuoka. Founded in 1743, the brewery uses underground water that flows year-round at approximately 13 degrees Celsius, producing a quietly clean, easy-drinking honjozo.
