Description

Using a high-scented "AK-35" yeast used in the Daiginjo system, it is finished in "Usunigori" that dances like a snowy Mt. Fuji. The soft sake quality that makes use of the soft water of Mt. Because it is a raw storage sake, it is delicious to drink it in a kinkin, but it is also recommended to add one ice and drink it with a lock. You can enjoy a clean impression.
