Junmai Daiginjo, which has been polished to 50%of the sake rice in Hyogo Prefecture to 50%and used only the rice core. It is a limited number of products bottled with the finished raw sake without watering. The taste of Yamada Nishiki's rice is confined in a melon -like scent unique to Shizuoka yeast. Not to mention cold, but when you drink at room temperature, it becomes a solid throat and mariage with dishes.
