Description
Junmai Daiginjo is used using 100%of the sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture and using only the polished rice core to 50%. In the delicate scent, you can enjoy the solid taste unique to Fuji Sho. Not to mention cold, but if you drink it with a little warm from room temperature, you can taste the taste of rice and it will be a mariur. It is a label supervised by the calligrapher "Sai Nagata".
