Description

This amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) from Eisen Shuzo in Fukushima under the Tsukurizakaya label is produced at the brewery using the same rice and koji used for sake. Amazake is a traditional, low or non-alcohol beverage made from the same ingredients as nihonshu.
