The name Eisen (榮川) combines the characters for prosperity and river, anchoring the brand in imagery of fortune and natural purity drawn from Fukushima's abundant water resources and rice fields. The sake is characterized by a crisp, dry profile with clean acidity and refreshing lightness typical of Fukushima's refined brewing style.
