Description

Named after the beloved Japanese song 'Yuki no Furu Machi wo' (Snow Falls on the Old Town), this Eiko Fuji Junmai Ginjo from Fuji Shuzo in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, uses Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%, a Yamagata-developed variety co-created by Dewazakura brewery. The evocative name references the wintry, nostalgic landscape of the Shonai region where this 1778-founded brewery has operated for over two centuries.
