Description
Eiko Fuji's Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo Murokanamagenshu is brewed from Aiyama, a rare Hyogo sake rice prized for producing opulent, richly fruity sake, polished to 50% by Fuji Shuzo in Tsuruoka, Yamagata. Bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted from the Shonai Plain's premier sake producer, it delivers the plush, concentrated sweetness and vivid acidity that Aiyama uniquely provides.
