Description
True to its name, meaning a firm dry style, this honjozo shows aromas of steamed rice, citrus peel, green apple, and cereal grain with light mineral notes. Medium bodied with clear rice flavor and firm acidity, it finishes crisp and dry with mild umami. Made from Haenuki rice polished to 60 percent in Yamagata, it reaches an ABV of 15 percent with an SMV of +10.
