🍶
Description
Smooth and highly drinkable, this futsushu shows chipper citrus and fresh violet aromas with a crisp, refreshing character that pairs easily with food. Aged in tank prior to pasteurization under the namachozo method, it develops extra depth and umami from continued transformation by koji and yeast while retaining its overall freshness. Brewed in Niigata.
