Description
Denshin Yuki is a junmai ginjo blended from Gohyakumangoku and Yamada Nishiki, both polished to 55%, designed to express a snow-melt purity with transparent, layered flavors. Soft cherry blossom-like sweetness opens to a gently vanishing finish reminiscent of light snow. The two-varietal blend draws on Oku-Echizen's tradition of pairing these classic sake rice types.

Tasted chilled and paired with fresh sushi!
The aroma is incredible! As the waiter was pouring it, the room was filled with amazing fruity notes (I get some red berries). On the tongue, is silky and velvety.
