Daiginjoshu Taiheijin is a premium daiginjo sake from Machidashuzouten in Gunma Prefecture, brewed with rice polished to at least 50% and fermented using careful low-temperature methods that define the daiginjo category. Gunma is an inland prefecture in the Kanto region whose breweries draw on soft snowmelt water from the surrounding mountains to produce clean, fragrant sake. This expression represents the highest tier of Machidashuzouten's Taiheijin brand, showcasing the brewery's craftsmanship in aromatic sake production.
