Description
Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki at this Fukushima brewery established in 1751 in Hirata Village, drawing on naturally flowing soft water from the Abukuma highlands. The brewery uses Fukushima's regionally developed yeasts alongside traditional funeshibori barrel pressing for all grades, including this premium daiginjo.
