Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% is aged for one to two years at low temperature before release, yielding a light and elegant body with a composed, refined aroma. Brewed at a Toyama kura founded in 1894 using the legendary spring water of Mt. Iouzen, known locally as the water struck by the spear of warrior Sassa Narimasa.
