In 1833, the first generation, Kosaku Kosu, was founded. For more than 170 years since then, "Sake is the wind of local rice, water, humanity, and nature," and use the natural water designated by Niigata Prefecture, which springs in the sake brewery, and is polite. It is carefully brewed.
