Description
Daiginjo crafted with Oyama Nishiki rice grown in the Nanto area of Toyama Prefecture, brewed at a kura founded in 1894 and situated in the foothills of Mt. Iouzen. The faint ginjo aroma and crisp finish are hallmarks of the brewery's high-polish, cold-fermentation approach.
