Rich, earthy, and full bodied, this Junmai-genshu holds nothing back it’s a flavorful sake. Nice for pairing with similarly spicy foods, e.g. curries or charcuterie. Serve chilled, just below room temperature will bring out the buttery texture or warmed to enhance its bold flavor
