Description

Tangetsu Sasanigori is a lightly cloudy, unpasteurized Honjozo from Chiyonohikari Shuzo, released fresh with fine rice particles suspended for a creamy texture. Using Gohyakumangoku at 56% polishing, this seasonal namazake from the 1860-founded Myoko City brewery is a winter delight, fresh and gentle with Niigata's characteristic clean softness.
