Description

This kame-chozo junmai from Kitanishi Sake Brewery in Ageo, Saitama, is matured in traditional earthenware jars at 60% polish, allowing slow oxidation to build additional depth over time. The Bunraku label's Chichibu groundwater and careful maturation produce a rounded, mellowed junmai with extra complexity.
