Description
Named after the prefecture flower of Oita, this lightly sweet sake draws inspiration from Bungo Ume plum. Brewed at a small hand-crafted brewery in Yufu City founded in 1868, it suits chilled, room-temperature, and warm service equally, and mellows noticeably through autumn into winter.
