Bon Tsuya EchizenshunJunmai Daiginjo Murokanamagenshu Yamadanishiki - Junmai Ginjo sake from Katoukichibee Shouten, Fukui
Description

Bon Tsuya Echizen Shun Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Namagenshu Yamadanishiki is a seasonal, unfiltered, unpasteurized genshu brewed from Yamadanishiki and inspired by the fleeting peak of Echizen's seasons. The muroka namagenshu format preserves the raw intensity of the Yamadanishiki fermentation, while the seasonal theme suggests a sake bottled at an optimal moment of freshness. From Saiki Shuzo, this is a vivid and generous expression of Fukui daiginjo.
