Description
Bon Taruzake Juunen Choujuku Tenshi no Mezame is a ten-year aged cedar cask sake from Saiki Shuzo in Fukui, with the name translating to 'awakening of an angel.' The combination of taru (cedar cask) aging and decade-long maturation produces an extraordinarily complex sake with woody spice, dried fruit, and deep amber depth. This is one of the most ambitious aged sake expressions from the Bon brewery.
