Description
Bon Echizen Kantsubaki is a seasonal sake from Saiki Shuzo in Fukui, inspired by the camellia blossoms of the Echizen region in winter. Saiki Shuzo is known for extended aging and meticulous cold-storage practices, and this release reflects that care with depth and warmth suited to colder months. The Echizen terroir grounds the sake with earthy richness alongside the brewery's signature refinement.
