Description
BodaimotomotoJunmaishu Tsugenohimuro is a pure rice sake from Kuramoto Shuzo in Nara, brewed using the ancient bodaimoto starter method, which originated at Shoryakuji temple in Nara over 600 years ago. This traditional water-based lactic fermentation produces a naturally tart, full-bodied sake with a rustic depth that reflects Nara's role as the birthplace of Japanese sake culture.
