Produced in Kyotango, northern Kyoto Prefecture, by a brewery founded in the Enkyo era (1744), this sake draws on water from the Ugawa River spring and uses Gohyakumangoku as its primary rice. The brewery's toji lineage traces to the Tango tradition of sake craftsmanship.
