Aramusha Momoyama honjozo from Kinshimasamune in Fushimi, Kyoto, carries the Momoyama name in reference to the historic Fushimi Momoyama area where the brewery relocated in 1880 in search of better spring water. Brewed with Tokiwai water and the Kyoto-style brewing tradition, it is a direct, characterful honjozo.
