Description
Aramusha Ginkaku honjozo from Kinshimasamune in Fushimi, Kyoto, is brewed using the brewery's signature liquefaction method introduced in 1995, which converts rice to a porridge before fermentation. Fushimi's famous Tokiwai spring water, flowing at 70 tons per hour through the brewery's grounds, is central to this Kyoto-style honjozo.
