Description

Akamaru Daina is a 65%-polished sake from Kikunosato Shuzo in Tochigi's Nasu region, brewed using well water drawn from the clean underground streams of the Naka River basin. The brewery, established in 1866 in the Nasuno plain, uses locally grown Gohyakumangoku as its primary sake rice to express the character of this northern Kanto terroir.
