Akabu Jummaihiyaoroshi - Junmai sake from Akabu Shuzo, Iwate
Description

In addition to the gentle fruit scent reminiscent of meton and bananas, the scent of flowers such as watermelon and violet is harmonious. The first impression is that it spreads to a comfortable acidity from soft sweetness, well -balanced with sweetness, and enhances the elegant umami.
