Akabu Newborn is an annual junmai ginjo release that captures the fresh, unguarded character of sake bottled early in the brewing season. From Akabu Shuzo's Morioka facility, rebuilt after the 2011 Otsuchi tsunami disaster, this vibrant expression by brewer Kosuke Kudo leads with youthful citrus and green apple aromas and a clean, lively acidity.
