Description

Tokubetsu Junmai released as a hiyaoroshi (once-pasteurized autumn sake) from Tsurunoe brewery in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima. After a summer of tank aging at ambient temperature, the sake develops rounded umami with a mellow acidity that pulls the body together.
