Brewed at a Kitakata, Fukushima brewery founded in 1919, this standard-grade sake is made with soft water from the Iide mountain range and local Aizu rice. The brewery pursues a dry, food-friendly style using Fukushima prefecture yeast varieties including the fragrant dream yeast.

Kita's Sake Brewery is a revival store that was founded in Taisho 8 in Taisho 8, founded by the brand of Hoshi Masamune and revived in the Kita no Hana brand after the war.
The name "Kita no Hana" is the desire to aim for the best in the sake town Kita, and that everyone has a lot of joy (flower).
