Agewashinden

Agewashinden - sake from Abe Sake Brewery, Nigata
Description

Agewa-shinden is a field of the "sea area" in a series of fields. We use 100%of rice from Kami -Nitta. The back is a mountain in the rear, and the sea in front of you is a very specific area where salt damage occurs almost every year. However, there is no problem if the contract farm is in the hands of Uesugi. I think it would be nice to use rice grown in a field near the sea, so it would be better to make it suitable for seafood.

Abe Sake Brewery

Nigata
Abe Sake Brewery is a sake brewery in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, which has been around since 1804. What we take care of in sake brewing is to enjoy fermentation. We aim to make it while enjoying what we want to build, with the axis of intellectual wisdom and the effort. And we make a "overwhelmingly good" product.
