Abe Sake Brewery is a sake brewery in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, which has been around since 1804. What we take care of in sake brewing is to enjoy fermentation. We aim to make it while enjoying what we want to build, with the axis of intellectual wisdom and the effort. And we make a "overwhelmingly good" product.
