Description
AFS Old Reserve from Kidoizumi Shuzo in Chiba is a long-aged sake based on the brewery's signature one-stage, high-temperature yamahai fermentation method developed decades ago. Aged from 1970s-era stock and blended by the current generation, it has developed a deep amber color, vanilla-tinged aroma, and a rich, complex palate with bright, persistent acidity.
