Since ancient times, many craftsmen have been involved in sake brewing in sake brewing, but the occupation has decreased due to the evolution of tools. One of the job craftsmen is one of the jobs, and the wooden tub is no longer used in most sake breweries because of inefficient maintenance and management. Kidoizumi is still preparing using many wooden tools. The introduction has been decided from the perspective of the survival of Oto culture. It is a unique taste of a wooden tub preparation that adds a slightly faint wood scent to add a warm taste.
