Abe Takanenishiki Junmai Ginjo - Junmai Ginjo sake from Abe Sake Brewery, Niigata
Description

Abe Sake Brewery Spring Sake. Junmai Ginjo Sake that uses 100 % Niigata Taka Nishiki. The juicy sweetness and umami and the refreshing taste of Takane Nishiki coexist. The entrance is sweet and has plenty of rice flavor. After that, it is a diet that balances a little bitter and well -balanced while producing a neat aftertaste with acid. While making the gorgeous aroma and fruity flavor, it is not strongly produced to make it into a meal.

Abe Sake Brewery

Nigata
Abe Sake Brewery is a sake brewery in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, which has been around since 1804. What we take care of in sake brewing is to enjoy fermentation. We aim to make it while enjoying what we want to build, with the axis of intellectual wisdom and the effort. And we make a "overwhelmingly good" product.
