Abe Rakuhuumai Junmai Ginjo - Junmai sake from Abe Sake Brewery, Niigata
Description

Junmai Ginjo Sake, which uses 100 % of the sake rice that Kashiwazaki's raw sake brewing was developed by Kashiwazaki's original sake brewery. We have been negotiating to spread the sake rice born in Kashiwazaki together, and we are brewing sake using Raku -dai from H29BY. A refreshing taste like a 5 million stone system. And please feel the light taste of refreshing acid.

Abe Sake Brewery

Nigata
Abe Sake Brewery is a sake brewery in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, which has been around since 1804. What we take care of in sake brewing is to enjoy fermentation. We aim to make it while enjoying what we want to build, with the axis of intellectual wisdom and the effort. And we make a "overwhelmingly good" product.
