이와테현이 독자적으로 개발한 사케 양조용 적합미 '유이노카'만으로 빚은 준마이 다이긴조슈. 정미보합 40%까지 도정된 쌀은 야마다 니시키보다 천천히 조용하게 퍼지는 '야마토 나데시코'같은 맛을 만들어낸다. 2017년부터 쿠라 마스터에서 여러 차례 플래티넘상을 수상한 이와테의 자랑.
