Yamakawa Mitsuo 2016 Aki is a collaborative junmai daiginjo produced by four Yamagata breweries, with this autumn edition contributed by Tatenokawa. Made from 100% Yamagata-grown rice polished to 50%, it was designed to evoke a traditional, brisk autumn harvest character with a crisp and clean profile.
