Sixty percent Kishigawa-grown strawberry juice is blended with ume liqueur in this Wakayama liqueur from Heiwa Shuzo under the Tsuru Ume label, producing a tart-sweet adult-style drink. The local plum heritage of Wakayama meets fresh strawberry for a seasonal, fruit-forward character.
