Description

A junmai daiginjo brewed from Miyama Nishiki rice polished to 50%, part of the brewery's lineup of Yamagata-grown rice expressions. Tatenokawa's use of ultra-soft mountain spring water and all-junmai-daiginjo production philosophy result in a clean, transparent style with restrained aromatics.
