Brewed from Yamagata-grown Dewa Sansan rice milled to 50%, this junmai daiginjo was created as the Yamagata representative in the Matsumoto Leiji-designed Sengoku no Arcadia series, with the label depicting Naoe Kanetsugu. It shows a restrained, clean aroma and a crisp, dry character with smooth clarity.
