Shinjumaihime Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Pinkuraberu is a pink-label junmai ginjo from Maihime Co. in Suwa, Nagano, brewed entirely with Miyamanishiki rice grown by contracted Nagano farmers. The Miyamanishiki varietal imparts a light, fresh-grained umami and clean acidity, while cold fermentation contributes the subtle floral lift that defines this elegant everyday ginjo.
